Shinrin-Yoku Woollen Blanket - Teemu Järvi Illustrations
The Shinrin-yoku wool blanket by Teemu Järvi was named after the Japanese term for “forest bathing”, Shinrin-yoku (森林浴), a recognised method for preventive health care. Breathing the forest air and listening to sounds of birds and the wind blowing through trees will calm you down, help you focus and improve sleep. A thick blanket in pure new wool, with a woven jacquard conifer motif straight from the wools, is perfect for lying in the forest or in the park, feeling the nature around you.
